Every June, NOAH is challenged to raise a BIG lump sum in a SMALL timeframe in order to get a matching grant. Each year, the grant amount has increased, pushing NOAH and its supporters to raise even more in order to make an even bigger impact on the City of Detroit!
Help us keep our clients warm and cared for by participating in Sock-It-To-Me September, Noah at Central’s largest donation drive of the year! New socks are one of the most requested and impactful items for those experiencing homelessness. Your donation of new, adult men’s socks & tshirts provides comfort, hygiene, and dignity to our clients.

The annual Concert of Thanksgiving is held in November the Sunday before Thanksgiving. There was a silver lining to the virtual 2020 Concert of Thanksgiving: no venue space restrictions! A much larger audience that included virtual attendees AND performers from around the country enjoyed the concert together. We hope to return to in person (with a streaming option!) in 2025.
